  Rules

  1. St. George's College Barlowganj Mussoorie is the sole organizer of the " JACKIE MEMORIAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT " started since 1972 and all matches are held on the Ground of the College only.

  2. A Player from MUssoorie if registered with any Football Club,affiliated to Dehradun Sports Assocation or any other District will not be allowed to play in the Tournament.

  3. Each participating Team has to pay an entry Fee of Rs 500/- only.

  4. All the rules pertaing to the matches of the Tournament are made by the Management of the St. George's College will be final and all players will abide by the instructions and decisios of the College Management in respect of the matches and the tournament.

  5. Any team or any player can be debarred from playing or participating in the tournament on account of indiscipline or misbehaviour.

  6. Only two staff members are permitted to play in the school team and should have completed minimum one year in the institution.

  7. Matches can be postphoned or rearranged as per the convenience of the Tournament Committee of the the college in any matter or dispute will be final.

  8. Any team or player who has been debarred earlier by the Collge organizing Tournament Committee will not be entitled to participate in the following year's and consequent Tournament unless permitted in writtng by the college organizing Tournament Committee. Players and teams are further informed that indicipline and misbehaviour will not be tolerated and team will also be responsible for their supporters' behaviour. Rightsto entery of persons and suppoters can also be restricted.

  9. In case of injury to a player/or players the College/School will not be responsible abd no monetary claim can be made by the club or players concered from the organizer.

  10. Rolling trophies for the Winners and Runners-up team wil always remain as rolling trophies. Even if a team WINS the trophy for THREE YEARS running the trophy will not be awarded to them.

  11. A match may be called off if the visibilty is extremely poor due to fog or if the ground becomes water logged. Calling off a match is the sole right of the referee and the Organising Committee.
